Front discharge

Front discharge refers to the discharge of carbon black from the feeding port of pyrolysis reactor. In this case, there is a smaller sized discharging port on the feeding door. And inside the pyrolysis reactor, there is sprial mechanics to transport carbon black to the discharging port. While discharging carbon black, a screw conveyor is connected to the discharging port to collect carbon black from pyrolysis reactor. Then the carbon black is packed in bulk bags under the screw conveyor.

The receiver is connected with screw conveyor to transport carbon black to storage area or pack it in bulk bags.

Rear discharge
