Model S series are running in continuous type. It can keep running for a week without stopping. Therefore it provides a daily capacity of 30/50 tons which is larger than the batch type.

Obviously continuous plant is more efficient at production. Meanwhile it has high requirement on raw materials. The feedstocks must be shredded before loading.

The feeding process and discharging process are working in sealed condition. And the flue gas is purified by efficient deduster. Therefore it cause zero pollution in production.
