Pyrolysis Oil
The yield of tire pyrolysis oil is approximately 45%, while the yield of plastic pyrolysis oil is between 50% and 75%.
Pyrolysis oil can be used directly for industrial or boiler heating (e.g., in cement plants, steel mills, and glass factories). Alternatively, it can be refined into non-standard diesel fuel for trucks, tractors, and other applications using distillation equipment.
Carbon Black (approximately 30%)
It can be pressed into pellets for use in industrial heating. Pellets are a good alternative to coal as its calorific value is equivalent to that of coal.
Steel Wire (approximately 15%, when tires are used as the raw material)
Steel Wire can be sold to scrap recycling centers, steel smelters, and other sources.
Pyrolysis Gas (approximately 10%)
Pyrolysis gas, also known as syngas, can be recycled back into the furnace through a gas recycle system to heat the reactor, saving fuel.
