Carbon black produced by waste tire pyrolysis has many applications, mainly in the following fields:

1. Rubber products industry: as a reinforcing and filler, it improves the wear resistance of rubber products such as new tires, rubber seals, rubber V-belts, etc. After grinding to different grades(such as N220, N330, N550, N660), it is used in the production of tires and other rubber products.

2. Plastics industry: processed into master batch for coloring of plastic products, such as EVA foaming materials, PE blown film, plastic molds, etc., to reduce costs and enhance color depth.

3. Pigment industry: used to make inks, paints, etc., to improve the dispersion, fluidity, brightness, and blackness of inks.

4. Fuel: made into carbon black briquettes, used as fuel to replace coal, used in industrial heating, engines, and boilers.

5. Environmental protection and water treatment: In the fields of sewage purification, environmental protection, medicine and health, it can replace some wood-based and coal-based activated carbon for adsorption and filtration.

6. Waterproof materials: As raw materials for waterproof items, it is used in waterproof projects and related products.

7. Carbon black can also be used as a reinforcing agent in the electronics industry, building materials, and composite materials.

The physical and chemical properties of tire pyrolysis carbon black can be improved through different processing methods, such as briquetting and grinding, thereby broadening its application range. These uses not only help to recycle resources and reduce environmental pollution but also create economic value.
