Here are some of the main feedstocks that can be recycled by Huayin pyrolysis machines:
1. Waste tires
The common waste tires that can be recycled by Huayin pyrolysis machine include big car/truck/OTR tires, small bicycle tires, rubber cable, rubber shoes, mixed rubbers, etc. with a general oil yield between 35%-52%. And compared with the common other treatment methods for waste tires-landfilling and burning, pyrolysis machine can recycle waste tires in an environmental and profitable method.
Final products:
Fuel Oil: Approximately 45% of the waste tires can be converted into fuel oil. This oil can be used as an industrial fuel in applications such as cement plants, steel plants, glass plants, brick plants, and power plants. Also it can be further purfied into diesel oil with the pyrolysis oil distillation plant to enhance its market value.
Carbon Black: About 30% of the tire is transformed into carbon black. After further processing, it serves as a crucial raw material in the rubber and plastic industries. It can also be used as a heating fuel or used as inks.
Steel Wire: Around 10% of the tire is recovered as steel wire, which can be recycled and reused in the metalworking industry.
Syngas: The remaining 10 – 15% is syngas (combustible gas or non – condensable gas), which is routed back to the heating system to provide energy for the pyrolysis process after purifying.
2. Waste plastics
Plastics come in a wide variety of types, each with different chemical structures. The common waste plastics can be recycled by Huayin pyrolysis machine include pure PP/PE/PS/ABS plastics, plastic bags, plastic cables, aluminum plastics, medical waste, etc. with a general oil yield between 50%-80%. However, one thing to be noted: PVC and PET are not suitable for pyrolysis machine recycling.
Products: The final products from waste plastic pyrolysis include fuel oil, carbon black and syn-gas, with have the same applications with the products obtained from tire pyrolysis.
3. Oil sludge
Oil sludge is a complex mixture of oil, water, and solid particles that is generated during oil exploration, production, and refining processes. And the common oil sludge includes oil sludge, oil sand, coal tar oil, etc. with the oil yield of about 60%.
Products: The final products from oil sludge pyrolysis also include fuel oil and syn-gas. In addition to these two products, it also has another product-slag(about 30%), which can be used as building materials to make road foundations and bricks.
