Different parts of a tire will be added with various carbon blacks due to different characteristics and requirements. Pyrolysis carbon black is the product of reduction and returning to the original carbon black, which is equivalent to a mixture of carbon blacks in various parts.

The production of pyrolysis carbon black requires rigorous and consistent pyrolysis control and a fine grinding process, so that in addition to a certain surface area and oil absorption value, pyrolysis carbon black also has low surface residual oil and low water sieve residue. When it is applied, in addition to obtaining consistent reinforcement stability, because of its low surface residual oil characteristics, it is different from ordinary recycled carbon black during high temperature mixing and processing, and does not produce strong odor.

In rubber hoses, conveyor belts, conveyor belts, shock absorption products, rubber soles, sealing products and other rubber products.

Because carbon black itself is light and easy to scatter, it is often made into color masterbatch for use in the plastics industry, which not only reduces pollution, but also improves the dispersibility of carbon black in plastics.
