 putting waste tires into the pyrolysis reactor through manual feeding or automatic feeding machine, closing the furnace door, and preparing to heat the pyrolysis furnace;
 cracking gasification: after the feeding is completed, the high-temperature heating of the pyrolysis furnace begins. When the temperature inside the furnace gradually rises to 200-380℃, the tire undergoes a pyrolysis reaction, producing oil, gas, and carbon black. The entire pyrolysis process lasts for 10-12 hours(depending on the gasification situation);
 oil gas condensation: the oil and gas gasified by the pyrolysis reactor enters the condenser for complete cooling, and then cooled liquid oil enters the crude oil storage tank.
 syngas purification and recovery: the remaining non-condensable gas is purified and returned to the cracking furnace as fuel for heating;
 exhaust gas purification: the exhaust gas generated during the tire pyrolysis process will enter the purification device-desulfurization and dust removal devices. After purification treatment, it will meet the emission standards;
6. collection of by-products such as carbon black and steel wire: when the temperature inside the reactor drops to around 50℃, the residual substance in the furnace-carbon black can be discharged; and use a wire drawing machine to pull out the steel wires.
