Huayin’s process of refining diesel from waste oil:

First, the waste oil is injected into the reactor of the waste oil distillation machine to be heated.

Then liquid feedstocks become gas state under high temperatures. Then oil gas gets out from the reactor.

The oil gas enters the condensation system, is condensed into diesel, and then enters the oil tank. Non-condensable gas is reused to heat the reactor as a fuel supply.

The condensed oil is subjected to further refining operations such as decolorization, and deodorization, and you can get bright-colored non-standard diesel.

According to the data of our customers, the oil yield of diesel is about 80%-90%, which means one ton of waste oil can extract about 800kg-900kg of diesel. The residue at the bottom of the reactor after distillation is also an important chemical material, which can be used to pave roads.
