The main working process of continuous pyrolysis plant includes feeding, pyrolysis, heating, condensation, collection, etc.
1. Feeding
The Pre-processed raw materials (waste tires/plastics) are first loaded into the stock bin, transported by the bucket elevator, and finally enter the feed port of the reactor through the screw conveyor. The entire feeding process is carried out under fully sealed conditions, and the feeding speed can be adjusted as needed.
2. Pyrolysis
The pyrolysis reactor is heated by a fuel burner. When the heating temperature rises to the set value, the decomposition process begins. Our pyrolysis reactor is made of stainless steel and has a lifespan of more than 6 years.
3. Cooling
The oil and gas from the pyrolysis reactor are cooled and then enter the condenser to be cooled into liquid, while the uncondensed gas is used as fuel for further heating, thereby improving the heating efficiency and significantly reducing the operating cost.
4. Discharging
After the carbon black is discharged from the reactor, it is cooled and then transported to the carbon black collection tank by a conveyor for final packaging.
5.Exhaust gas purification
The exhaust gas generated during the whole process is treated by cooling, desulfurization, denitrification and other processes to meet the emission standards and ensure zero pollution.
