In 2019, this customer ordered two units of 10-ton pyrolysis plant, one unit of distillation unit, and an oil washing machine. He wanted to process both used tires and plastics to get diesel, but he had not installed the machine because he had no site. As soon as he got the site this year, Huayin sent technical engineer to install it. At present, the pyrolysis plant is running well and the customer is very satisfied. Huayin’s technician Mr.Guo has rich experience in machine installation and commissioning. He has worked at Huayin for 16 years and served customers in more than 20 countries. Through the joint efforts of him and the customer’s team, the pyrolysis machine was successfully installed and oil was produced.
In addition to the machine itself, the relationships with the customers are also important, so even if the customer’s project has been shelved for five years, we have been following up with the customer’s situation.
