recycling of waste engine oil
Distillation is the process involving the conversion of a liquid into vapor that is subsequently condensed back to liquid form. In the application for recycling of waste engine oil and processing of pyrolysis oil, the feedstocks are heated to become gas state then the gas gets liquified by condensing and becomes liquid fuel. In the distillation process, the impurities are removed from the feedstocks.
production ratio
The production ratio of output products depend on the conditions of raw materials, such as its content of water and impurities.
Used as industrial fuel for cement plant, steel plant, metallurgical plant, glass plant, power plant etc.
Known as combustible gas or non-condensable gas. Routed to gas burners of heating system as fuel supply.
running process
Typical procedure to process waste engine oil.
Loads waste engine oil into reactor through the feeding port using an oil pump.
After loading is finished, starts heating the distillation reactor.
Liquid feedstocks becomes gas state under high temperature. Then oil gas gets out from reactor. Oil gas passes through purifier and gets purified. Then oil gas passes condenser and gets liquified and becomes liquid oil. Output oil gets collected in oil tank. Non-condensable gas is routed to heating system as fuel supply.
Flue gas generated from heating system is purified by emission control system before emission from chimney.
When oil production is finished, leaves the machine to cool down for 3 hours before discharging.
Discharges slag from reactor using a customized tool.
