The area required for a waste tire pyrolysis project can vary depending on the scale of the plant, the type of equipment used, and the overall layout and design of the facility. Taking Huayin hot selling 10-ton capacity as an example, the 10-ton batch type waste tire pyrolysis plant covers an area of 400-600 square meters, and the 30-ton fully continuous pyrolysis equipment covers an area of 2,000 square meters. Most customers choose multiple sets of pyrolysis furnaces together, so that the flue gas and tail gas can be combined for treatment, and only the area of the main equipment is increased, and the total area will also be reduced.
Besides the area of the pyrolysis machine, there are also auxiliary areas, such as raw material and end product storage areas(oil, carbon black, steel wire, gas), oil tank areas, and buffer distances from pyrolysis workshops. The supporting infrastructure like roads, worker facilities, and control rooms, also contribute to the overall space requirements.
